Curtiswood Prince Of Tides - Have you got BIG dreams but a small budget? How about a BIG jump, BIG heart and BIG potential all wrapped up in a smaller package. “Bubba” should have been a very fancy high priced Large pony hunter but he didn’t get the message. He’s a 4 year old 15.0” half-Connemara gelding with all the “bells and whistles” that he was bred for. Currently black but will eventually go grey – although his mother was black/gray until the age of 10. By noted Connemara stallion, Tullymor’s Phantom out of the famous pony jumper mare No No Nanette (still winning in the Pony Jumpers at 22 years young!), Bubba is related to such well known pony hunters as Movin’ Out (Reserve Zone Champion, Medium Green Pony) and Practically Perfect (used as a model by Peter Stone). This attractive young horse looks great and jumps a 10 ++. Seriously, he has the scope and the step to eventually easily compete in the Child/Adult jumpers. He’s exactly what you’d expect to get from a breeding of a hardy, scopey Connemara to a top pony jumper.  Bubba is currently walk, trot, cantering, jumping 2’6” courses with his changes. He is brave, willing and sweet with no vices or issues. I could see him succeeding in the Child/Adult Hunters but he would also be an interesting Dressage or Eventing prospect (check out that movement!) for a child or smaller adult. With his kind and willing temperament, he would be easy for an intermediate rider in a good program to make up. Very reasonably priced at $10,000 but I am willing to be somewhat negotiable to a good home where his talent and ability can be developed and utilized.

Venti "Opie" is a big boy....a REALLY big boy! A coming 3 year old (June), Opie stands 17.3+ “and yet is exceptionally balanced, athletic and fluid in his movement. Opie has inherited his mom's and dad's outstanding temperaments. He is totally laid back and mellow. Venti's Dam is Sensational Too, a 16.3 JC registered (but unraced) Thoroughbred. She traces to Northern Dancer through Nijinsky on the bottom and Nashua on the top.

Visionaire - “Snitch” is elegant and graceful with a winning temperament.  Just take a look at his breeding and you’ll see why this 16.1” coming 3 year old (July) has conformation hunter written all over him. Lightly started under saddle, Snitch is coming along confidently and willingly. Chestnut with 3 socks and a star. Inspected and branded RPSI. Visionaire, his full brother, 20-20 and his dam can be seen at Horton's Farm in Grantham, NH. Price: $20,000 (Subject to change with training and showing)

Grace showed and won in the Green Conformation Hunters at WEF (where she was Champion!), Aiken, Biltmore and other major "A" shows before her retirement from active competition.

20-20 - What every hunter breeder hopes for, “Twenty” has it all – looks, style, movement, temperament. Very high scores at his RPSI inspection. Will be lightly shown on the line in Hunter Breeding classes this summer. Currently gray but he’s changed colors several times since birth. If you want to beat the high cost of an ultra- fancy made “A” circuit hunter, why not buy this little guy! Then have fun for a few years on the line while you make up your future WEF winner yourself. Twenty, his full brother, Visionaire and  his dam can be seen at Horton's Farm in Grantham, NH. Price: $15,000

Lucky Seven - Hey, all you non-Olympic level riders….How would you like a  scopey, proven jumper with a winning show record in the High Juniors at shows from WEF to Syracuse Invitational Sporthorse Tournament who will kindly, safely pack an timid rider. Currently winning with a 55 year old intermediate rider in the AA jumpers, Gin rides like a giant pony – simply point, kick and go. “Gin” is a 16.2” big bodied 13 year old Selle Francais who is sound with no vices. Wicked - Wicked cute, wicked talented, wicked smart, this little girl is a total package. A two year old half –Connemara filly by Tullymor’s Phantom out of the great Pony Jumper mare No No Nanette. “Effie” is 1/2 sister to such champions as Movin' Out and Practically Perfect. She is currently black turning gray and is expected to mature a top of the line Large. By the way, she is a full 2” shorter than her full brother Bubba was at this age, so we do not believe this one will go over 14.2”! She has an easy, laid back temperament with excellent manners. Effie is regularly handled and led by young riders, stands to be clipped and have her feet trimmed, trailers and cross-ties. No vices. Effie may be seen at Orion Farm in South Hadley, Massachusetts.
